The Wheel Refurbishment Process
The refurbishment process is split into two distinct areas: Preparation of the damaged wheel and Painting the repaired product.
Preparation

On request, your vehicle will be assessed by one of our wheel refurbishment technicians. At this stage a formal quote will be given; this is valid for up to 60 days and is completely free of charge.
All work is undertaken in one of our mobile workshops at a location of your choosing, be it at home, the office or the garage forecourt.

Initially, the wheel is removed from the vehicle and the tyre is pushed off the main bead.

Once removed, the tyre is masked to avoid overspray and foreign object contamination. Where required, the old lacquer and paint is removed from the wheel through the use of shot blasting; this restores the wheel back to its original aluminium base layer. Any imperfections are then subsequently repaired before painting.
Painting

All wheel colours vary; therefore, at this stage the wheel refurbishment technician will match the colours exactly to ensure that the perfect finish is obtained.
Primer is applied and baked.

Colour matched Base coat is applied and baked.

Finally, the two pack lacquer is applied and baked.

On completion of the final infra-red baking process, the wheel is fitted back to the vehicle for the final inspection from the customer.
All of our work is covered by a Warranty and our No fix, No fee policy - see terms and conditions.
Remember pristine wheels will instantly add value to your vehicle...
